創域会設立１０周年記念大会 ( 開催報告)
10th Anniversary of Souiki-kai Establishment
１０月２０日（土）１５：００より本郷・ホテル機山館にてH３０年度年次総会を開催しました。今年は創域会が正式に発足して１０周年を迎える節目の年です。例年は柏キャンパスの一般公開日に合わせ、柏キャンパス内で開催する年次総会を、東京大学ホームカミングデイに合わせ、本郷キャンパスにほど近いホテル機山館で開催しました。柏キャンパスを去られた先生方もお越し下さり、例年よりも多くの修了生の方が来場し再会を楽しんでいました。
We held the 2018 academic year annual meeting at Hotel Kizankan at Hongo on October 20 (Sat). This year is a momentous year for Souiki-kai, reaching 10 years since our official establishment. Every year, we hold an annual meeting with the general public at Kashiwa campus, but this year we held it at the Kizankan Hotel which is close to Hongo Campus, to conform with the university of Tokyo Homecoming Day. Teachers who left Kashiwa Campus and more alumni than normal years came and enjoyed our reunion.
第一部の総会は三谷研究科長のご挨拶に始まり、松浦創域会会長より活動報告がありました。本年は会長改選の年となり、これまで副会長を務めてきた環境システム学専攻・秋月信講師が次の会長に選任されました。続いて恒例の特別講演がありました。まずは三谷研究科長より、創立２０周年を迎える新領域創成科学研究科の変遷と成果、そして現在展開されている事業の数々が紹介され、未来に向けての展望が語られました。次に先端エネルギー工学専攻・寺尾悠助教より、電気推進式航空旅客機用超電導モーターの開発と実用化に向けての研究、課題について、レクチャーがありました。最後に２００６年にメディカルゲノム専攻を修了された小倉朗氏より、新領域創成科学研究科卒業後のご自身の歩み、そして現在代表取締役CEOを務めるコストサイエンス（株）についてお話を伺いました。
The first part of the meeting started with a greeting from the graduate school Dean, Prof. Mitani, followed by the president of Souiki-kai, Prof. Matsuura, who gave us an activity report. This year we had an election for president, and Makoto Akizuki who served as the vice-president of the Department of Environment System was elected as our next president. Following the greetings, we had our annual special lecture. First of all, president Mitani introduced the transitions and achievements of The Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, which was celebrating 20 years since establishment, as well as business dealings under development, and future prospects. Then he talked about the outlook on the future. Next, Yutaka Terao, assistant professor of the Department of Advanced Energy, had a lecture about research and issues in development and practical uses of superconducting motors for electrical aircraft propulsion systems. Finally, Akira Ogura, who graduated from the Department of Medical Genome in 2006, talked about his own course after graduating from The Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, and his Cost Science company of which Ogura serves as president.
集合写真撮影を挟み、第二部の懇親会は創域会設立時の研究科長でもあった雨宮慶幸先生のご挨拶と乾杯で始まりました。会の途中には、来場できなかった会員の皆様からのビデオレターも披露されました。あちらこちらに談笑の輪が広がり、楽しんでいる皆様の笑顔が大変印象的な、和やかな会となりました。
閉会の言葉は２００７年に国際協力学専攻を修了された杉浦未希子氏にいただきました。散会の後も皆様三々五々と二次会に向かわれた様子で、創域会はまだまだ若い同窓会ですが、このような形で会員同志が旧交を温めるお手伝いができれば、大変嬉しく思います。今年ご来場が叶わなかった皆様も、ぜひ来年は足をお運びください。

In the middle of the meeting, a video letter was shown from the absent members. The meeting was an amicable one, with some chatting and the smiles of members enjoying the meeting clearly expressed.
Mikiko Sugiura, who graduated from the Department of International Studies in 2007, gave us a closing speech. Members continued to the second party on their own. Souiki-kai is still a young reunion, but we are very happy to help the members reuniting with each other like what we saw in this meeting. We hope the members who were absent will join us next year.
